After we receive your request an appointment for an initial consultation will be scheduled at your convenience.
We offer day, evening and weekend appointments. We have listed below a few suggested items to bring along.
- List of guests requiring corsages
- List of guests requiring boutonnieres
- Pictures of brides dress
- Pictures of attendants dresses
- Swatches of dress colors
- Swatches of any coordinating decorations
- Pictures of flowers and or designs you like
- Pictures of flowers and or designs you don't like
- Pictures or descriptions of your Church
- Pictures or descriptions of your reception hall
These items will assist us in determining a theme for your wedding. If you don't have a clue about what you want that is ok as well. We enjoy the challenge of a blank canvas.
After your initial consultation we will prepare a preliminary estimate and contact you for your consideration.
We understand you will need some time to review and discuss the details. After notification we respectfully request that you contact us with your decision as soon as possible, preferably within one week. When you decide to accept a copy can be emailed and or a hard copy mailed for you to sign and return. The contract will contain complete details and payment options. If you choose not to accept at this point but wish to reserve the day a $50.00 deposit is required. A decision must be made no later than 4 weeks prior to your wedding date. If you cancel after that time your deposit is non-refundable.
Approximately 4 weeks before your date we can schedule a meeting to review any details or changes that might have occurred including a delivery schedule and timeline. |
